Roger

Cracknell

Roger started writing Bush Poetry twelve years ago, having been inspired by his travels round Australia and visits to Tamworth. He has been presenting his Poetry to the public for a few years and is a regular at the Boyup Brook Country Music Festival and various Caravan Parks around W.A. and anywhere he can get an audience.

Roger writes all his own poetry which ranges from serious to humorous and has produced two C.D's and a book.  At the 2013 WA State Performance Championships, Roger emerged as the Champion Novice performer of both his own work and that of others.

In 2016, Roger had expanded his repetoire and experience and was Runner-Up State Champion  (Combination of 4 Categories;  Traditional, Modern, and two of your own, serious and humorous).

Based in Geraldton, (but often at other places), you can contact Roger on 0427 625 181  or by email at bushpoetandmissus@bigpond.com
